Your subscription is yours to manage whenever you like: update your address, swap your payment method, pause, or cancel anytime from your account page.

New members are welcome all month long. Whether you join on the 1st or the 28th, you'll receive that month's mailing.

I send out on the 15th of each month. Joining close to the send date? I might need a couple of extra days to get your order ready, so yours may go out slightly later.

Unfortunately there will be no tracking number, I send by regular post to keep the club affordable for everyone. Estimated delivery times from your shipping notification:

Spain: 3–4 days
Europe: 7–9 days
Rest of the world: 3–4 weeks.

If your mail hasn't landed after 4 weeks, drop me a line at meow@clowdermail.club and I'll do my best to help. Just note that I can't resend mailings after 2 months from the original shipping date.

Your first charge happens the day you subscribe. From then on, billing runs on the 1st of each month, so if you join mid-month, your next payment will come around sooner than you might expect. You can cancel anytime, just make sure to do it before the 1st so you're not charged for the following month.
